1. Calculators and tools

The calculators, planners and comparison tools run in your browser. The figures you type (areas, budgets, quotations) are not sent to us or stored.

2. Contractor enquiry form (optional)

If you submit the form we collect your name, phone number and/or email, city or PIN code, approximate built-up area, project type, expected start time, optional description, and the consent choices you made (with the wording and time). We store these in our database to contact you about your enquiry.

• We share your details with a building contractor only if you ticked the separate consent box, and only after we have configured and approved such a process.
• We do not sell your details.
• Access is limited to the site operator through a protected admin area.
• We keep enquiries until you ask us to delete them or we delete them as part of housekeeping. To delete or correct yours, write to us at the address above.

3. Analytics

We count basic events (for example "calculator used", "report printed", "guide read", "enquiry submitted") together with the page path and a coarse traffic source (such as search, direct or social). This uses no cookies, stores no IP address and no personal identifiers.

We do not currently use Google Analytics.

4. Advertising

We do not currently show advertising. If we start, this policy will be updated first and ad cookies will only load after your consent.

5. Affiliate links

If we add affiliate links, the merchant's site may set its own cookies when you click. We count clicks without identifying you. See the affiliate disclosure.

6. Hosting and security

The site is hosted by a third-party provider that processes technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver pages. Enquiry data is stored in a managed database with access protected by a secret token.

7. Your rights and choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. Please contact us if you have concerns. You may also have rights under applicable Indian data-protection law.

8. Children

The site is intended for adults planning construction and does not knowingly collect children's data.

We will update this page and its date when practices change.
